Why aren't images included in my email from the submit form?

For some reason the images from the drag & drop section dont get included in the email from the submit form, can someone help me?

Helo @Felix_o By default, Shopify does not support Drag and Drop functionality. Implementing this feature requires custom development. If you're interested in incorporating it, please indicate your preference. Please note that this will be a paid service for applying the necessary changes.
