Dawn theme. I get all email notifications from the shop. Orders, join lists, abandoned cart, etc. All emails are being delivered. Just not the contact form that is default in Dawn theme.
I've even written a new test form in liquid and added to a separated test page. That form says it's sending, but does not do so. The mail never leaves the Shopify system. I've checked our incoming mail and incoming spam mail control devices. There is no record of a piece of mail being received and possibly sent elsewhere to a junk or spam folder.
Again, all other notifications work fine and the email address is verified and domain is authenticated.

Did you ever resolve this? I'm experiencing the same issue with one of my client's websites. Domain is fine, direct emails and Shopify Inbox chat messages being received. The contact form is visible and says queries are submitted, but the client is never recieving them. Really confused!
