Why aren't my product image thumbnails clickable in JavaScript?

Hello Shopify community, 

I need your help with two bugs, please.

1. Thumbnails are not clickable. It's working with a swipe, but you can't choose a thumbnail. 

2. When pressing the Zoom icon, the image opens to full size but you cant zoom out or move the image.

It's not a problem in the setting, i checked that already. Apparently the site is missing some JavaScript, maybe someone will know how to fix it.

Yes i am using Dawn theme

Thank you! I changed the theme to what you shared, but the thumbnails still aren't clickable on mobile. What should I do?

Hope you had got it resolved. Incase, you are not able to;
Change to Thumbnail Carousel under the desktop layout ( Under the Media ). You should be good to go!

No, unfortunately i cant find the solution. I tried to change it to Thumbnail Carousel under the desktop layout, but thumbnails on mobile still aren't clickable.
