Why aren't stock levels showing for variants added to my listing?

I have added variants to a shopify listing why isn't it showing stock for those variants? It's coming up as they don't have stock. Does this feature not include stock levels for the ones i've linked? I can't manage individual stock levels as these are all on auto through another app)

It's going to look weird for example selling curtains that are different sizes in multiple listings, multiple bed size cover listings, but all the same design. Surely there is a way around this? Or am i thinking to hard and i've looked right past the option? 🥴 someone please help or explain what i am doing wrong??

There are a few common reasons why product variants added to a Shopify store may display as out of stock or not show inventory quantities, even when connected to an inventory management app. First, confirm that unique quantity amounts are set at the variant level in the Shopify admin. Inventory tracking also needs to be enabled at the overall product level for variants to display quantities. Additionally, review if quantity thresholds under Inventory settings are hiding lower stock variants or if other advanced availability rules are dynamically filtering inventory. In summary, Shopify variants must have quantities assigned in the admin, have product-level tracking on, not have quantities hidden by thresholds, and not have show/hide rules affecting visibility in order to display accurate in-stock inventory levels across all associated product variants. Checking these key item, product, and variant settings in Shopify will ensure variants reveal their available stock statuses.
