Why aren't we receiving order confirmation emails from our website?

How come we do not receive confirmation emails when customers place orders from our web site?

We are using Google workspace for email, checked spam folder and they are not there? Thanks,

Welcome to the Shopify Community!

 

Has this issue just started recently or have you not ever been able to receive confirmation emails from orders placed? Firstly, I ask that you confirm that you have added your address to the recipient for new order notifications via Settings > Notifications. You can follow the steps listed in the help doc below for further guidance:

 

 

Secondly, if you have the correct email address added, I suggest removing the recipient email(s) and then re-add them. I have seen this work for merchants in the past.
