Why can't customers edit their carts in the Icon theme?

Our store uses "icon" theme. It is not allowing any customers edit their carts-deleting items, both on phones and pc. please advise!

Hi, @shopheysummer. I'm happy to look into this with you! I just have a few questions to make sure I'm giving you helpful advice going forward.

• Can you tell me more about what happens when customers try to edit their carts? Are they seeing an error message or is the page doing something in particular that's preventing them from editing their carts?
• When did you first notice this happening? Was it working correctly before?
• Have you tested this out using any other themes?

Since this is a third party theme it's typically best to speak with them directly for any theme issues. That being said, I'd like to learn more to determine if this is being caused by your theme specifically, or something happening with your website in general. Once I have more information I can share more suggestions to resolve this.
