Why can't Google reach my sitemap?

Hello guys,

I'm trying to add a sitemap to my site, however, I keep getting errors unable to reach it. I tried I think all the obvious solutions.

I registered my google search console recognizes it as well correctly but at the end I'm still unable to reach it. Anybody has an idea?

I can confirm that your sitemap is reachable and working: https://pupple.eu/sitemap.xml 

If this is a new site/domain, then you may just need to wait a couple of days and then try again. It can sometimes take a bit for DNS changes to propagate, if you've only recently connected it to your Shopify store.

Hi StephensWorld, unfortunately, it is not a new site so I have no clue why it does not work. Do you have any other ideas on what I could do or how to proceed? I have the DNS records set up for approx 2 months now.
