Why can't I access my online store and its admin panel?

I am not sure what is the issue with out website we haven't done anything but suddenly our store is stop operating and we are not able to access our website and main shopify admin panel. We are getting errors that this This store is unavailable. It would be really great if someone can please help me out with this. Our website url is given below for your reference.

Is the store working on the myshopify domain?

Automate & bulk assign products to shipping profile: Auto Shipping Profiles: Shipr
Calculate accurate shipping rates: Shipping Calculator: ShipMagic
Hide, rename, reorder payment methods at checkout: Payment Customization: PayMix

Hello, @AmitChiya.

I understand how important access is for you, so let's see if we can resolve this together! The first step here is to ensure the issue is not a local device or browser problem preventing you from accessing your store. To rule this out, can you please try each one of the following steps: 

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.  
  • Try on another web browser or an incognito window.   
  • When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.    
  • Try another device or on the Shopify Mobile app.
  • Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)  
  • Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser.   
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device

 

If the problem still persists, then it would be best at that point to reach out to our live support team. Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. You need to select the topics that apply to you, and then choose live support via either phone or chat once the option appears to you, you will then be connected to a live support agent who will have access to your account, and can help you out from there. Dear IVY,

 

We have tried all your mentioned solution but still it's not working and we are getting the same errors, Now we are looking forward for some support from shopify support team. Let's see where it is goes
