My Free trial was ending so I decided to choose and pay for a plan. As soon as I got done doing that I was no longer able to access my store. Every time I try I get this message "

There’s a problem loading this page

Your account (my email) doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page."

 

Even though that is the only account I have and I created that store myself. I also have tried logging out and logging back in. I have tried typing the URL to my store with the admin to see if it will bypass. How do I get access back to my store after I just paid for it? I already put in a ticket. With past stores, I have put tickets in and never heard a response for months until I finally closed the store completely down. I hope this is not the case and I did not just pay for something that I cannot have access to.

Kindly try to check all of your emails that you might used for creating a Shopify account. You can also try to use this link. Try to troubleshoot as well such as using other browser or device.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried every single email I have and none of them have access to the website. I also have tried using Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and even Firefox on my desktop. I also tried the same with my Laptop, IPhone, and IPad. All of which haven't worked.
