All things Shopify and commerce
Since yesterday I have not been able to login to my Shopify admin. I have tried on multiple browsers (Chrome & Safari) on multiple computers using various methods to get to the login page but nothing loads and I get the same results no matter what.
I've used a direct link to my admin portal and the page stays white and the tab says "CS System" and nothing happens. I tried searching for Shopify login on Google and going to the page that way and it gave me the same results. No page ever shows up for me to enter my username/password.
The storefront still loads and there is no problem there!

Hi, all!
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your questions.
On Sunday, November 5th, Shopify received reports of some merchants being unable to log in to the admin, and experiencing a blank page. Our developers have since investigated and resolved the issue. As per our Shopify Status Page, all systems are operational.
If you're still experiencing the issues mentioned, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and relaunching the browser. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team via the Shopify Help Center.
I hope this helps!

Hi Sewingarts,
I also have reported the issue and speaking with shopify contact support as we speak. I tried the same as you and to no avail. Hopefully I get some answers
Hi Sewingarts,
I was able to solve the problem on my end. I use Microsoft Windows 11 and when I opened the Microsoft Edge browser I was able to successfully access the login page. I also was able to access through Safari on my iPhone.
I realized it was a browser issue on my end so I uninstalled Chrome and Firefox browsers and reinstalled them. After reinstalling, I was able to successfully access the login page.
Hope this helps on your end!

Hey @ziaur1.
Thanks for reaching out on this thread.
Could you let us know what specific error message you are receiving, by any chance? As this information will allow us to assist you accordingly.
In some cases, clearing the cache from your browser can fix minor issues that you may experience on the Shopify platform. If the issue persists, I would suggest attempting to use a separate browser to see if that does the trick. For example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.
Let us know if that works for you.
