Why can't I access the Pause and Build option in my store?

I'm trying to put my store onto Pause and Build as there are some issues to sort out, but when I click on the option I get the message 'There's no page at this address' and the dreaded error 404 code. What's going on?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I ended up chatting to an advisor and apparently it's a global problem which they are trying to sort out.
