Hello,
Products are refusing to be added to a shipping profile, after I select them add them and save the products still refuse to be included on the profile.
Also, how do I make it so a product is automatically added to a default profile??? I lost customers after forgetting to add a product to a shipping profile after I created the product.

Do you encounter an error message? Please share as many details as you can and, if possible, screenshots showing the issue so I have a better understanding of the matter and can quickly find a solution.
Products are automatically added to the general shipping profile so I recommend utilizing that profile and adding shipping zones and shipping rates there to prevent shipping issues from popping up at the checkout.

HELP!! I am having the issue of my general ship profile doesnt show over half my products, and shipping should be free for 0-10oz and its charing people regular shipping and people are not buying. what do I do, my sire olovesm.com
HELP!!! in general ship profile there is no place that says add products, it has a lot of my old bags, but not my new ones. I have Free ship set up for 0-10oz is free, but when I test it on my website over and over it shows ground advantage rate and other rates but not free- and its only 4oz product I have added for the test?
what do I need to do to fix this its a holiday weekend and you are hurting my sales- PLEASE HELP thank you
OK I had to do a workaround, since the by price works to give people free shipping, but the weight will not which is weird, since its been set like this for years to give free ship with 0-10oz so not sure if there is a glitz in my shipping?

If you are interested in using Third Party Solutions, I encourage you to try our app Auto Shipping Profile: Shipr for this. You can create rules in the app based on product attributes like tags and auto assign them to ANY shipping profile you want when they are created or updated.
