All things Shopify and commerce
I am attempting to apply as for collabs, but Shopify keeps incorrectly saying I have not linked a social account that is public, has more than 1k followers, and is a business account. I have linked my Instagram that fulfills all of these requirements, yet I am still unable to apply for a collab with a brand I am interested in working with. I've confirmed my email and have also set up my PayPal account, does anyone have any tips to get this resolved? It apparently is impossible to make contact with an actual human at Shopify Support, so any help here would be greatly appreciated!

If you've confirmed that you've met all the requirements and continue to receive an error, I'd encourage you to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look, as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community. They will be able to ensure this gets resolved as quickly as possible.

- In the virtual assistance chat box, type 'Contact Support'
- This will prompt you to log into your shop
- Once logged in, you will see the option to chat with an advisor

I recommend using this link to contact Support. You should see a button that says unable to log in or access account. Please click that and you should be connected to a Support Advisor.
