Why can't I connect with a human on the support chat?

I keep trying to connect with a human when I'm on the support chat but the AI does not connect me with someone an instead says to log in and select my store. When I click the link to select my store, my browser gives me an error that the page is not available.

Side note: initially I could not remember my log in details and could not access support without logging in. The AI was useless when dealing with that issue since I could not log in to select my store in the first place, seems like a flaw in the system. I got my log in details by sheer luck of guessing what my email was as my email was not saved anywhere on my computer but I had the original URL of my website which could've been easily looked up by a human who was impossible to reach.

Hi, 

Yes that is my issue, the webpage in that link will not open regardless of which browser i use. I cleared my cache, history, etc in both browsers, restarted my computer, connected to a different wifi, nothing will work to open the help page.
