Why can't I delete my extra online stores?

I accidently signed up 2 shopify stores. I cant delete them. tied to my credit card. please remove stores. pretty scammy. wonder why shopify is having trouble?

Thank you for reaching out about this and I am sorry to hear you had some difficulties deactivating your stores. 

As long as you are able to sign in as the account owner you will be able to deactivate any store accounts you manage. You can sign into your store admin and navigate to Settings > Plan > Deactivate Store to finalize that.

Hello, I sent this to support@shopify and they sent me back looking for help on this board.  Someone please help delete my extra 'MyStore'???  They responded: “A support ticket has NOT been created.

We are changing how we best support you. As part of these changes, we no longer accepts incoming messages, this includes when you reply to a support ticket after it has been closed.
