Why can't I find Stripe in my payment methods?

hello i would like to get some help cause i can't seem to find stripe in my payments methods although it was there once but now i can't seem to find it, and i m afraid that they would have banned my store.

Although i created a stripe account for my business and it got approved with the store domain and infos.

Can anyone help me or tell me what i should do please

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some guidance and work to getting this resolved. To ensure I'm fully understanding, was the shop previously using Stripe as the primary payment gateway? If yes, what country is the shop currently operating within? 

Stripe is limited to select countries and regions, where Shopify Payment is not currently available. If operating within one of countries where Shopify Payments is available, then Stripe will not be accessible as a payment gateway. To view the countries and regions where Shopify Payments is offered, you can check out our Shopify Payments Requirements documentation. 

As Shopify Payments is the premier payment gateway on the platform, there are many benefits including:

• Shop Pay
• No transaction fees 
• Competitive processing rates
• Financial reports 
• Detailed Payouts Information

Hello thank you for responding i understand now but the problem is that i
already created a stripe account and it got verified by stripe.
But when i tried to create a shopify payments i couldn't give all the
papers i have to show the proof of address of my business ( bills...) i
only have certificate of the company the registration and incorporation
official papers... and due to covid and some further obligations i m not
gonna be able to be back to uk this month.
Would these papers be enough? if not can i simply link my store to my
stripe which is already set and ready to go.

Hey @YOUNOW, 

Completely understandable! If you're unable to provide the required documents for Shopify Payments, you can look to using a Third-Party Payment Gateway as an alternative. A few great options include: 

• Authroize.net 
• PayPal Express

As you are operating within a country where Shopify Payments is available (United Kingdom), it would not be possible to disable Shopify Payments to allow for the use of Stripe. Once you are able to provide those documents however, you can certainly proceed with activating Shopify Payments as needed.

I also seem to be unable to add Stripe as a payment gateway and my country (Poland) doesn't seem to have Shopify Payments available atm. Could you please check what seems to be issue?
