Why can't I find the Files tab in my Shopify settings?

im trying to add a file but i cant seem to find its place or tab. heard that its in the setting tabs, for some reason i dont have it

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.

That's correct! The previous Files section was located in the settings. You can now find this section by clicking on the Content tab on the left hand side of the Shopify Admin:

Once you select Content > Files, you will be able to select up to 20 files to upload at once. We also have a guide that you can review here if you are having any issues. Pro tip, you can take advantage of the search bar on the Shopify admin if you are having trouble finding a section.

I don't have either Files or Content tabs on mine.. I'm going to keep looking for a solution but does anyone else have this problem or know where I can find where to upload files?
I have a Basic Shopify Plan if that makes any difference, I pay good money so expect I should get this feature.

Ohh ok it's the main menu, I didn't realise, I still thought it was in the Settings menu.
