Why can't I link my TikTok business account to my sales channel?

Hi. I am trying to login my tiktok account on sales channel. Unfortunately, shopify keeps saying its wrong account or password. I have been using same login and password to log into tiktok app as well as to log in tiktok using my laptop. It is terrible that shopify keeps telling me that my account or password is wrong, IT IS NOT.  I have a bussiness account on tiktok. Please be kind and help me with this situation. Thanks a lot.

To gather more context, can you provide information on the following:

• Have you tried resetting your TikTok password? 
• Does the issue only occur through the TikTok Sales Channel? Can you replicate it via the app or other devices?
• If you have a passkey enabled on your TikTok account, could you try using the passkey to login?
