Why can't I login to my account after choosing a plan?

I can't login into my account , i already choose a plan and when i come back to login this happened ,,can someone help me?Cuplikan layar 2023-12-23 181847.png

May i ask are you trying to login to your Shopify store admin? The email you use to login is admin account?

In this case I recommend that you connect with Shopify authenticated support team through Shopify Help Center via this link Shopify Help Center, only Shopify authenticated support team has the authority to resolve all account-related issues.

yes , and iam login is admin account and i already chat with the support team but no progress its been 4 days

Have you tried by one of these ways:

  • Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  • Clear your Cache and Cookies.
  • Access in an Incognito Tab.

 You can check the suggestion from my teammate - Kate.
If you still can not access your store, you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on Back to Stores List button

Step 2: Select the correct store that you want to login and try again.

 

Or you can try to change to the correct email that has permission. 

 

In case your are using collaborator access or staff account, please make sure to contact the owner of the store and grant permission for you to login.

i try the 2 step but not working but it still look like "theres a loading this page"

Could you try using a different browser, device or clearing cache and cookies on the device that you're using? Additionally, can you check to see if you received email correspondence from our support team?

 

If not, I would advise creating a support request through the Shopify Help Center, as @PageFly-Kate has mentioned. Once you're logged in to your account via the Help Center, you'll need to communicate with the Help Center Assistant in order to be connected to a Support Advisor.

I try all still not working and i already chat with support team and say they will sending email but its been 4 day and theres no email

This happened to me too, it was an endless loop of login screen and error message.  Even the support page was blank and couldn't proceed.  Works perfect after password reset (even though it was accepting my other password).  Reset password and you should be okay.

I take that back.  Initially worked and now back to the same problem.
