Why can't I reactivate my account with the basic plan?

my account was deactivated. I tried to reopen it with the basic plan but it does not let me click on it.

You can escalate this matter to our team through the Help Center. To do so, you can ask the Virtual Shopify Assistant to contact support. It will then provide you with guidance on how to connect with a team member for further assistance. From there, you can get in touch with a support advisor who will be able to view your account details and troubleshoot further.
