Why can't I receive my earned revenue from Shopify?

I have been attempting to input my bank account info into Shopify for three weeks so that they can payout all the revenue I've earned, and yet every time I enter it I receive this error message: "Unable to update your account at this time. Please try again later."

 

Shopify is simply unable to accept my bank account info. I have confirmed that the account type is eligible and that the account and routing numbers are correct. Yet for weeks no one at customer support is able to make any headway in resolving this. 

 

Shopify is holding 100% of my earned money and is unable/unwilling to pay any of it back to me. This seems very simple. You have my money. Here is my bank account info. Give me my money. But you are unable to do that. Feeling like I'm getting scammed by Shopify.

In saying this, I can understand that you're eager to receive the proper support that you need. It sounds like you've reached out to our live support team about this before, can you let me know if your support ticket has since been escalated to one of our specialized teams? This could be a Shopify Payments team member, or an Accounts specialist, depending on your account situation.

 

When was the last time you heard back from our support team, and what did they say?

I am having similar problems. Shopify have been holding on to my money for 3 weeks, apparently I'm in a que for someone to address it, you can't speak to anyone on the phone. Appalling customer service.
