Why can't I remove AliExpress reviews from DSReviews?

So i download aliexpress review from DSReviews, and i wanted to remove it, so i went to my apps and removed it. However still after i've done this i still have uncolored star from reviews, even though
i removed the app, so i reinstalled it and uninstalled it but nothing. Their support is dead or so. Don't know what to do...

Was that paid application? In Shopify platform when you delete an app, then the entire code is not deleted, the code will be in a file, you have to check file structure and you have to remove code too.

Can you share the your site url where the app is showing stars rating !

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues removing code from the deleted app from your store. You should be able to do so by rolling back the theme code to its original version, or an older version of the file itself. Can you tell me a little more about where these stars are appearing and where they need to be removed from? Could you please share a link to your store? If you feel that you are comfortable enough rolling the affected files yourself as per this guide please go ahead, if not, do let me know and I will do my best to guide you.
