Why can't I remove staff from my online store?

Please help!!

I can't remove my staff I can only suspend it! 

When I try to use my Shopify password for removal it says it is incorrect.

( I logged out of my account and in again so my password is correct)

I did notice near the user there is a password hidden but is not mine because it is shorter.

How do I solve this.

I saved the problem by creating a new password in privacy settings.
