Why can't I see my collections when viewing my store from the web?

Hi, Im kinda new here and I appreciate all the help I can get.

When Im working on my store in Shopify, I can see all my collections, but when I view the store from web outside shopify.. I can not see the collections at all.. what am I doing wrong, please help me.. been stuck here for days!!!

Have you made your products and collections available on your online store? Once you are in the collection page in your admin, on the right hand side you should see publishing. You can click manage to ensure online store is selected.
