Why can't I see my second store associated with my admin account?

there are 2 store associate with admin account but only one store able to see other is not shown.

how can i found my that store?

If you are unable to see one of them, there are a few things you can try to locate the missing store:

1. Check the email address associated with the missing store

I understand that you have two stores associated with your account, but cannot find the second store. I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot this.


Can you confirm that both stores are connected to the same email address? Is it possible that the second store was created using a different email address, which might explain why you are not seeing it when you log in? 


We actually have a recovery tool that you can use to be reminded of stores that are connected to an email address. I would recommend entering the email address there, and checking the email you receive, as it will contain a list of all stores associated with the email. Feel free to try any other email addresses you might have used also.


As @PageFly-Richard has mentioned, you can navigate between stores from your admin, when you have accounts connected to the same email address. When you are logged into the admin of the first store, simply click your name in the top right and then select Stores. We have more information on switching between Shopify stores here in our help center.


There's also info here about setting up a Shopify ID account that I would recommend checking out, as it makes it easier to log in to all the stores, programs, and resources on Shopify to which you have access.
