Why can't I see my self-built store on the platform anymore?

I signed up and built my Shopify store about 3 months ago. About a month ago, I found out that I could pay about $11 and have a store built for me.

I got that done but my store that I worked hard on building is now gone and I'm still getting build. I can't see it in Shopify any at all to even gain access to it. Not even as an admin. What do I do? I'm only seeing the custom built store as inactive and I don't want it
