All things Shopify and commerce
When I try to login on the Shopify app on iPhone, it takes me to the login page but says "Something prevented the captcha from loading. Try disabling your ad blocker or reload the page".
Of course I tried turning off ad block but nothing makes a difference.

Same problem happened to me, I solved it.
Go to iPhone - Settings - Safari - PRIVACY&SECURITY, turn off all below 4 items including
"prevent cross-site tracking"
"block all cookies"
"fraudulent website warning"
"check for apple pay"
then reopen Safari, then you can successfully login on Shopify app on your iPhone.
Hi, @ryan333!
Just to confirm, are you able to login on the desktop site without any issues? Can you please try deleting the app and re-installing it? Cheers.

I can login on a PC fine. I tried installing and re-installing the app but the same problem occurs.
@ryan333 -
Thanks for trying that! Do you have any other mobile devices you could try on, to see if you have the same issue there? As well, is your iPhone currently on the latest iOS update?

It worked on a Samsung phone. I have checked and both the app and IOS have the latest updates.

I was having the same problem until this morning. I ended up closing the Shopify app and logging in directly in Safari (I use Microsoft Edge as my default app). I went back and reopened Shopify app. The error was gone and I was allowed to login.
