Why can't I switch back to the starter plan on my online store?

Hello. I am in trouble actually. I wanted to choose starter plan basically. I started the trial and selected the starter plan, but I switched to basic plan just to check the features of it. Now, I want to switch to starter plan again but now they’re all of the plans’ option except the starter one. I didn’t understand what’s the issue. Any help in this matter will be appreciated.
