My website shows this error message when attempting to check out:
Now, my credit card number recently changed, which I suspect (Not sure!) might be the cause of this issue. HOWEVER.. I cannot update my credit card for some reason. Under Settings -> Billing -> 3 dots on my credit card -> Replace, we get this pop-up.
PROBLEM: The fields where I'm supposed to fill in credit card info are not clickable??? I cannot type anything in those fields. The address stuff works fine.

If so, I'd encourage you to attempt some local troubleshooting steps to confirm this is not related to a browser error. For ease, I've gone ahead and listed below those steps for you to attempt to see if this helps to resolve:

When I access my payment page using mobile internet (I use stripe), the area where I enter my card information gives an error. However, when I connect to the internet via wifi and enter, I do not have a problem. I checked my payment page via Shopify, disabled and re-enabled the Stripe connection. However, my problem still persists. My customers cannot enter their card information on the payment page using mobile internet. Can you help?
