Why can't I verify my account to receive payments on Shopify?

Ive sold something on shopify for about £170. Im under the age of 18 and my account is listed under my details, and when it tels me to cerify it wants me to verify me but whenever i do it says i did it wrong, is it becayse of my age? how do i verify my Shopify payments to receive the payment?

In order to have a Shopify store available on the platform, you will need to be at least 18 years or older to have an account - this is outlined within our Terms of Service. With that being said, as a minor you can add your bank account for payouts but the credit card (CC) used for billing would need to be your parent or guardian. Additionally, your parent or guardian would also need to be the account owners of the Shopify store and you as a staff member.

Please could you tell me how to make my parents the owners of the account? I’ve tried by changing the owners name to hers and changed the date of birth to hers and I’ve been trying to use her passport for verification but it won’t even load a new page when I try. And I know the passport picture isn’t the problem, it doesn’t even say the ID is invalid. I really need help with this
