Why can't my customers view their past orders?

My customers are not able to see their past orders or purchases in our store.

@harekrishnamart  In your shopify store Settings-> Customer accounts -> check "Accounts in online store and checkout"

Please other setting of customer page and Save the all changes, then check any improvement.
