Why can't my online store accept payments right now?

"This store can’t accept payments right now" -I'am getting this mesage during the final payment on my store. Will you please explain why this has been happening? And how it can be resolved? I don't see any error on my shopify payment settings and don't know how to resolve this.

As you're not seeing an errors within your Shopify admin, you want to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look, as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community. They will be able to investigate further to ensure this gets resolved as quickly as possible.

  • Log into your shop.

There might be a number of reasons why your Shopify store is showing "This store can't accept payments right now" when a customer makes their final payment. These can include problems with your payment gateway, outdated or incorrect settings in your Shopify account, limitations of your Shopify plan, restrictions from your payment provider, issues with your linked credit card or bank account, issues with your browser or network, or a need for assistance from Shopify support. To fix this, make sure all of your payment settings are accurate, make sure your bank or payment provider aren't having any problems externally, and think about switching to a different browser or network. It is advised to contact Shopify support if these solutions are ineffective in order to receive more help.
