Why can't we contact the help center on this platform anymore?

WHY ARE WE NOT ALLOWED OR UNABLE TO CONTACT SHOPIFY HELP ANYMORE? WE CAN NO LONGER EMAIL THEM OR EVEN CREATE A HELP TICKET, THE HELP FORUM IS AN ENDLESS LOOP WHICH GETS US NOWHERE. WHEN WILL YOU BE FIXING YOUR HELP CENTER SHOPIFY? I DO NOT WANT TO USE THIS PLATFORM ANYMORE IF THERE ISN'T ANY HELP SUPPORT.

You can contact Shopify Support through our help center. In order for you to access the contact methods, you do need to manually type in your search question/issue after you've logged into your store. From there, you can click "Continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.

No it just loops me over and over again bringing me back to help center

Actually I am amazed! This finally works, thank you. I would recommend not making it so difficult to contact help

This is nonsense! should be a simpler solution.  We know you don't want to be contacted!

Do you honestly think this is a good answer?   Do you think we should have to go through so much effort to contact you??  What happened to Shopify where you could call and get someone right away? Why do you think that you shouldn't have to support a product that I pay for.  You are arrogant.  When you get off work, tell everyone how much you don't care about customers.  how you avoided supporting them.  Be a proud Canadian!

I agree! When I started you could call them and get help, now you don't hear anything, can't find anyone except if my payment is late!  Then they pop up!  Just take our money and don't provide any kind of help!  Why do i bother!
