Hi we are not able to choose shopify basic plan. please help us to get the plan.

Have you tried it on different browsers and cleared the cache to see if you're able to choose the plan or not? If you still cannot do this, the best bet is to reach out to the support team to resolve it as soon as possible.

I understand you're having trouble in selecting a plan, sorry to hear this, however I am sure we can get to the bottom of it.

 

May I ask if you see any error messages when you try to select the Shopify Basic plan? If, so kindly, share a screenshot here so that I can check it out for you. Any additional context you can provide is always a great help for us to troubleshoot this together!

 

As mentioned by @AvadaCommerce, you can try clearing the cache and trying different browsers too. I will leave some troubleshooting steps below for you to try out.


  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
  • When using incognito, if you're still experiencing a delay, confirm you have disabled browser extensions, as these can change how pages function and look.
  • Ensure your web browser is up-to-date on the latest version (we don't support every browser, but we do support these here).
  • Try another device like a computer or mobile phone.
  • Try on the Shopify Mobile App; this is usually the best step to try, as it will rule out any browser issues.
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on your device, as these can interfere.

Sometimes trying the steps above is exactly what is needed to get you back to business in no time!
