Why cant I turn off CC payments for large draft orders?

Our business has multiple revenue avenues, one of which is large scale orders made directly with our corporate partners. We plan to use the draft order function to process these orders through Shopify, but the issue we are running into is we are not able to turn off CC payments. We do not want to pay CC fees on these orders, the fees would be incredibly high. We would like to only offer ACH or check as the payment options but this is currently impossible in Shopify, so we are still having to process these orders in Quickbooks. Has anyone found a workaround to this issue? We want to get everything under the Shopify roof but this is a huge roadblock to that.
