I got a completely different product from the one I ordered, I need a customer care number to lodge a complaint

It sounds like you're referring to an order you made with a store online.
Shopify is an ecommerce software merchants around the world use to build stores for their own independent businesses.
We do not handle shipping or orders for these stores ourselves here in Shopify at all.
As such, you would need to reach out to the store you ordered from if you're looking for support with the order you have made.
Try replying to any confirmation they would have sent you, or try checking on the store page itself for contact info you can use to ask them about your order.
