Why did my ecommerce platform suddenly terminate my account?

Shopify have decided to terminate my store with no information as to why. I have spent months building my website and my brand. I have also purchased a Theme for my website. Shopify will not allow me back online at all so i cannot access any of my order documents for my accounts. They sent me a generic email below:

 

"Hello, 
 
This email is to inform you that after reviewing your information and website we have determined that your business presents a level of risk that we will be unable to support with Shopify. We know this is not ideal, however we won't be able to help with your business.

The full amount of pending payouts will be held in reserve for approximately 120 days. 
 
Please note that for security and privacy reasons we are unable to divulge the results of our reviews and investigations. 

Thank you,

To make this even worse i also have a balance on my account of over £170,000 which they have told me won't be available to me for at least 120 days. How can they do this? This will cripple a business I have put my heart and soul into. Has anyone been in the same boat as me? Or can anyone offer me any advise or support with this? This is causing me serious anxiety and worry and the responses I receive from Shopify are beyond poor. Please if anyone can help??

The full amount of pending payouts will be held in reserve for 120 days. Once this reserve expires, we will transfer your existing payouts less any chargebacks and related fees to the bank account on file for your Shopify Payments account.

The same problem. I provided them with all the documents they requested for me, and in the end they sent me this message. My store did not carry out any permits, as they claim. What they are doing is explicitly illegal, and this problem must be resolved as soon as possible before it escalates.
