This is how shopify do business with their customers?.

They literally terminated my store without any warning or any notice they just suspended it and then they emailed me this.

Dear Account Owner,
We have reviewed your account and determined that it is in violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed.
The full amount of pending payouts will be held in reserve.

I cant understand for what reason they suspended my store they are not telling me which rule i didn't followed. They dont even know how so many weeks it took me to build this store i spent my all time in building this store they dont have idea how so hard i worked on it. They just suspended my store like its nothing i mean this is not fair they cant do this without telling the reason. i contacted chat support and they just saying that they are unable to see the reason for the closure of my store  due to security reasons. Basically chat support want me to contact support team via email and i did that too i emailed support team 3-4 times i requested them to tell me the reason of my store closure but  still no one responded i am still waiting for their email its sounds like they don't care about their customers. Now my whole business is at risk jusg

What's up? Where you able to reinstate your Shopify account? I had a suspension about "verification of fulfillment of my store’s product orders".

I never received any warning or email talking about "verification of fulfillment of my store’s product orders".

And I checked AUP and I didn't violate anything.

Look below what they sent me via email.

Dear Account Owner,

Unfortunately, since we did not receive a response from you regarding verification of fulfillment of your store’s product orders, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed.

The full amount of pending payouts will be held in reserve.

If you have any questions, please reply directly to this email.

Thank you,

Look, This happened to me Also on my Other Store, I took my time to create a store, around four months building and spending on the platform, i got nothing. they terminated my account since i started receiving orders and out of 24 orders i received in 3 days, i fullfilled only 6 in the second day. i saw the payout on hold and thats it.

Can shopify Provide a clear way on how we can change this to be an error and i think they should send a warning before doing this, because on fullfilling orders smetimes we use our cash, so if they suspend an account where all your sales, profit and everything is there, that means you have done nothing.

i request this anyone who can raise it, we need some simple terms on how we can both gain. not only the customers or the banks for charge backs. they gain, we lose. it Frustating and the Support is not Enough Totally, it take alot of time to respond.
