MY STORE GOT INSTANTLY CLOSED WITHOUT ANY WARNING
I JUST RECEIVED A MAIL FROM TEAM AND MY ACCOUNT GOT DISABLED
I HAVE INVESTED A LOT OF MONEY IN THIS BUSINESS AND AM VERY DEPRESSED NOW.
IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME OUT PLEASE?

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us and I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with logging into your store. Since we cannot authenticate you for the store in question using our Community Forums due to the sensitivity of information that would need to be shared. I would suggest attempting to reply back to the email that you have received.
With that being said, you can also reach out directly to our support by logging into your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking to a Support Advisor about the situation.

i am trying contacting them, but the internal team is not replying at all, even on the support team, they are asking me to reply on the received mail
what can i do as i am not getting reply from the internal team?

Are you able to find the email that you have copied in your original message on the thread? I would suggest checking your spam folder to see if the email has landed there. It would be best to reply back to that email to gather additional information regarding your Shopify store.

I got an email this morning stating the following We have recently been made aware that your account, **********, is in violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on our platform. I am selling consumer electronics. I see thousands of other stores selling the same thing I called in and they told me to email the legal team but my site recently got to the top of google and I am literally losing thousands a day Shopify has let me store run for months and months now with no issues We have competitors most likely reporting our store making false claims. We don't sell guns, we don't sell harmful items. In fact my wholesaler sells the exact same items with no issues Can anyone chime in and tell me if Shopify will lift the ban or am i screwed?
