Why did my online store get terminated unexpectedly?

Why was my shop terminated? as far as I know I have not done anything against the rules. I received an email saying  We have reviewed your account and determined that it is in violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed. The full amount of pending payouts will be held by the Processor, in accordance with the Shopify Payments Terms of Service and the Processor's Terms of Service. Payouts are typically held for 120 days.

Hello, I'm in the same situation, they shut down my store 15 days ago and I have no answer from them

Same here, I didn't even get the chance to test it out. I just paid the whole year's bill yesterday and I'm about to launch my bakery shop online next week. All the money in the packaging (linked to the website) and organization for the launching party is now a waste.
