Why did my online store suddenly become inactive?

Why is my Shopify shop suddenly becoming inactive on its own? I've paid first month fee of 1 euro, but the following day, Shopify refunded the money, and the store instantly went inactive. Moreover, my account suddenly lost access to the store. I`m quite for me because I've put in a lot of effort to create the store and it has been functioning fine until now. Additionally, I've purchased a domain for the store. What could be the solution to this issue?
