I had a consumer contact me this morning saying my website was acting funny and she couldn’t get it to load. Although I have renewed for another year just this month, and received an email stating my domain would automatically renew… it didn’t. I also received another email this week saying I need to renew the domain. Confusing. I did not renew it and now I no longer have access to my shop or its history. It’s asking me to sign up for a free trial. I cannot seem to contact ANYONE at Shopify for help. Nor talk to a live person in the chat, because it says only people who have an account can do so, which I have, but cannot get into. Please help 😩
