Why did my Shopify trial end two weeks early?

It said my trial period ends may 11th here we are on the 25th of april and my account gets hit for alot of money that is insane i feel like they stole from me and there is absolutely no one to talk to. any ideas? open to suggestions. was literally only trying to test out an app for work, im not a business owner.

This is Roan, and I will be giving you some insights regarding this. I understand that you are still on trial period and should not inquire any bills. 

 

Before anything else, I highly suggest that you check your billing history where that invoices are coming from. The most common reason for your account to inquire bills, is having a "paid application" if that is the case, I highly suggest that you reach out to the app developer of that application so you can request a refund.

I highly suggest that you reach out to Shopify Support Advisors as well through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear. They will be able to further check your account and provide the next steps that you will need to take if necessary.
