Why did my webshop theme disappear after joining the $1 promotion?

my webshop is gone, it disappeared when I became a member with the $1 promotion. I can now only use a simple thema to create a new webshop

Did you sign up with the Shopify Starter plan or the Shopify Basic plan? The starter plan is a new plan we offer that has limited online store capabilities so that you can instead focus on selling through social media and word of mouth. It's a great option for businesses that are just starting to make a presence online and want to keep overhead costs low. The Starter plan comes with a fixed online store template that you can use, unlike our Basic plan or higher. 

You can check what plan you are on in your store admin under Settings > Plans. Please note that the promotional offer you signed up with may not be eligible for the Basic plan and you may be moved to the standard subscription offering by changing the plan preemptively.
