Why did my WIX to Shopify domain transfer fail?

I tried to tranfer doamin from WIX to shopify 
It stated that ''your domain did not transfer to Shopify. There could be a problem with your current provider. Check that your domain is unlocked and the Auth-Code is correct.'' 

I purchased it more than 60 days ago. 
I follwed the step  

  1. Log in to your current domain registration provider, Wix.com
  2. Confirm that your email is up to date with your current provider so you'll receive instructions and confirmations.
  3. Unlock your domain so that it's eligible for transfer.
  4. Copy your domain transfer Auth-Code and paste it below. Some providers call this an EPP code.


I got the email ''Domain Transfer Authorization'' , I entered the Auth-code correctly but Still Domain transfer failed. What should I do? Thank you

When transferring a third-party domain to Shopify, you'd need to make sure that the domain has been unlocked for transferring. While the Auth-Code you have may be correct, the transfer would not be possible if the domain is locked. Wix support stated that domain has been unlocked for transferring  but It still failed to transfer domain

Thanks for following up.

 

Now that Wix has confirmed that the domain is unlocked for transferring, we'd recommend requesting for a new Auth-Code as the last one may have been expired. You can try starting the domain transfer again using the new Auth-Code. However, should you continue to experience an issue with this, then we'd recommend getting in touch with Wix Support for further assistance.
