Why did Shopify deactivate my stores without reason?

I really hate shopify. The first 3 times I struggled with this site I should had known it wasn't for me. I tried 3 more times I finally made 3 successful shops and shopify puts them in inactive. I read all terms and service and policy and all my items etc... are good. My wording on all items is great! My first store i had a payment plan etc....I even brought a domain and put it on shopify. Shopify went and deactivated my account and stole my domain. I have put in forms and also chatted with someone in the live chat several times. Their customer service is the worst. no one has ever contacted me back about what was the issues. Now my other two stores that was on free trial shopify deactivated them for no reason and didn't even send me a email on why. I know it couldn't have been payment because they wouldn't let me pay. It can't be items because everything is good. I will talk to a lawyer about getting my domain from my first shop because they had no business not giving me my domain back after they close my first store without cause. This seems like they are scamming people and stealing their profiles. These people never get back to people when they are in the wrong. I am glad I recorded the process as I was making the sites, that way they can't lie about nothing. People before me told me beware and they weren't lying. These people stole my sites and my domain and never got back to me when I asked why.

I feel your pain.

A similar thing is happening with me now. Women's clothing site deactivated after running for two weeks with no explanation as to why. I would have been quite happy to discuss if I knew what the issue was and correct it without Shopify taking these drastic measures.

I'm running out of ideas how to get this fixed and want to progress with Shopify ideally but cannot progress if there is always going to be a risk that they will pull the plug with no explanation.

 

Did you switch to another provider? If so which one and what has been your experience?
