Why do I have multiple failed payouts?

I have been waiting for someone to get back to me about my failed payouts. I haven’t been able to access my money from my account for a long time now. Why is customer service not helping me out? I just want to fix the problem.

Hello there. I’ve had this Shopify account for over 4 years and never had a problem with my payouts. On July 19th 2024, I was told my payout failed. I updated the account with another bank information and payments failed to that account. So I switched back to my old bank account and the payout failed again. I can’t access my funds and I’m completely frustrated because Shopify support hasn’t gotten back to me with a solution yet. They just keep telling me to wait.
