Why do I keep getting an upgrade Chrome message despite updating?

I keep on getting the following message

"There’s a problem loading this page

This is likely because you’re using an older version of your browser, which isn’t supported. Update your browser to continue.

If you’re not sure how to upgrade, we recommend getting the latest version of the Google Chrome Browser."

I downloaded the latest Chrome several times, and still keep on getting the above message.

It is not allowing me to work on the site.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies? Sometimes, our browsers can hold onto old information causing issues like this to arise. If you're not sure how to clear your cache and cookies check out this page for advice.

@Joseph42 Thank you for letting me know. Did clearing your browser's cache and cookies fix the issue? If it didn't, are you able to access your Shopify store from an alternative device?
