Why do I keep getting randomly logged out of my admin account?

For the past week or so we have been having an issue where we are randomly logged out of our admin- this happens at totally random times sometimes in the middle of adding a new product and then we have to start all over again. this happens regardless of browser and on several different computers and wifi signals. anyone else experiencing this?

Not necessarily when I'm in the middle of something, but pretty much anytime I walk away for a period of time, it logs out and I have to log back in and i have to do it from a new window.  It's also happening to my other staff member, it's so annoying.

Me too.  For the last week or so, as you say.  I have followed the cache clearing instructions, but it keeps happening.  Really annoying when you are in the middle of something.

Same. It will do it when I'm quite literally in the middle of working on something actively even.  It's doing it several times per day now.  It has not done this to me ever in the years I've used Shopify.  It is beyond frustrating.

Thank you JPHB85 - have added my 2 cents to that thread too.  It is immensely annoying and frustrating.
