Why do my compare at prices keep resetting to 0.00?

Hi, I am having trouble with compare at prices. They reset to 0.00 itself. I have tried changing it multiple times for all products but all the times they reset to 0.00 after some hours. Please guide me how to solve it.

Rio here from the Shopify Community team. I'd love to help you out here. Have you made any changes that lead to this, also is it showing the comparison at price as $0.00 on your website?

 

If you can share a link to that page I'd be happy to see if that's normal. As it should have a placeholder when you are editing your pricing and it may show $0.00.

Hi Rio,

 

I have not made any changes that might have led to this. I edited the compare at price in the product bulk editing section and saved it and it starts to show the strikethrough price on  the website but after sometime (like after few minutes) it resets to 0.00 on its own for all the products. I am attaching the screenshots and website link.

After editing it like above, its resets to 0.00 after sometime as shown below

Do you have an app that is connected to those products? Or an app that can adjust pricing? 

 

It looks like something may be overriding these changes. If you're using an app to import these products or anything that may adjust the pricing we'll want to look into that to see if it is influencing these changes.

Thanks for jumping in. Do you have any apps installed that can edit the price of the product? As my colleague Rio mentioned, there may be something overriding the change.

Ours is the same, it came when Shopify did an update. I’m surprised they don’t know how to rectify it? Weird.
